LG Xenon GPS application for Nokia LD-1T? Possible?

I just bough myself an LG xenon, my dad has a Palm Centro and a Nokia LD-1T GPS receiver. Through bluetooth, he's able to connect the GPS to his phone, and with a Tomtom application he has GPS on his phone... Now what i want to know, is if it's possible to connect the Nokia to my LG Xenon. Is it possible?
