My friend gave me a phone to use since mine is not working right. When i tried to put my sim in the phone i got the unlock menu which is what i expected. I now need to unlock the phone. I have the IMEI number but is their anyway i can unlock this for free? Ive looked around at different websites but they are all charging close to 20 dollars for a unlock code and i dont even know if these are legit sites. Is there a way i can get this done for free? Thanks in advance for all advice given.
