I just bought a New LG Venus in December. Everything was fine but all of a sudden the screen stops working. only the left side works when go to music or access the menu through voice command. I don't know what to do, I didn't buy the phone through Verizon directly, and I was thinking I could buy a replacement screen, but for all that money I could buy a new phone. Will LG replace my phone? How do you hard reset or soft reset? The phone is in good condition, not a scratch on it. Ive dropped it before, but not hard enoughto do some damage. It just started it today. What do I do HEEEELLPPPP!
