LG VCR/DVD combo... the silver kind.?

I've lost the instructions because I just moved house, and the VCR side of things reset itself. Does anyone know how to program it, so I can record the Nanny tomorrow??? ITs a standard dvd/vcr combo, the LG kind, and I've set up all the channels before, but I cant remember at all! Help! Fran's gonna have the babies.

Alternatively, I could get a life, but this option seems way easier.
