LG, Sony ericsson, Nokia Which one mobile is the best as far as photo

quality is concern? LG, SE, Nokia which mobile phone comes with best high quality cameras that can take quality photos. for example if i have a 5 MP camera mobile of all above brand which of the above has the capabilities to take best images. [don't ask me to learn English, English is not our mother tongue]
 
My Nokia 3120 is only 2 megapixels and it takes pretty HQ photos. But I think Sony Erricson phones probably take the best photos. Get a Cyber Shot phone from the Sony Erricson brand.
