I've had the LG Scoop for about a year and four months now.
And now it's not working at all.
I can only talk on the phone when on speakerphone, the screen goes static then white, or just displays everything backwards. And the backlight doesn't work.
If I take it in to a Verizon store, will I have to buy a completely new phone, or will they be able to fix it?
Orr, will I get a cheap replacement phone?
