LG Scoop full flash

I am attempting to connect my LG scoop to LG download 1.3.6.3 pro. It won't connect. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling LG download, restarting my computer, still won't connect. It just hangs and keeps saying it is connecting. Any suggestions?

Only thing youll get on the Scoop with out the full flash files for sale is web.

You dont even need to connect to LGD. Everything you need can be edited fro the phones service programming menu.

I already have the full flash files. I have the bin, scr, and bak. I thought those would be loaded with the LG Download.

I got it to work. Nevermind. My antivirus was rejecting it. lol. It works like a charm.

Can you point me in the right direction for the Alltel scr, bin and bak? I have searched and can't find it!
