LG Rumor Touch/virgin VS. Incogneto/boost?

Ok so Im getting a new phone. My 2 picks are the Lg rumor Touch from vigin mobile and the sonyo Incogneto (spelled wrong, i know) from Boost mobile. The Lg is $150 for the phone and $25 a month. The incogneto is $100 and $50 dollors a month. Can someone please tell me what is the best deal. Like, what one works best? Thanks so much!
