is there a solution yet?? I have a sprint rumor 2 (265) i wanna full flash to cricket. I have used the LG RUMOR By amoamare solution, many times successfully. (thanks amoamare) but i cant find any info on the rumor 2. Thanks
 
sorry for the bump on an old thread but i don't think any answers were given for some of the questions asked...
i read through this thread and there are a bunch of people having problems flashing from Bell and Virgin.

everyone that doesn't have this problem just tells them to go eat some noob pie...

so here is a solution.

Anti-Noob Pie

now just phlash your fone with this .bin and .dll. (using Emergency mode)(Pwr - 5) :hehehe: :hehehe: :hehehe: :hehehe:

this is generic - then you can flash to the firmware of choice.
 
Hi I am a nebie. I have used the info for the Rumor and wow it is great!! Thanks! My questions is would it be the same for the Rumor 2 ? Can you use the same steps and files? Any help would be great.
 
Thanks for such great steps amoamare, though i have a question. I don't have the new cdma workshop and will not be able to get it for awhile. Is there another way to do the mms and Wap?
Any help would be really appreciated
 
Yes this has been covered and im to lazy to fix it, go to the service menu and reset the IP settings from 0.0.0.0 to wap.mycricket.com
