Okay, so after plugging all the possible search terms I could think of into the search mechanism, I've come up empty. (One particularly helpful thread regarding flashing this phone was answered with "Search!" Nice.) I want to take an old STi Mobile LG PM225/LX225 and put it on Jump. I've got the SPC/MSL, a data cable, and a program that'll load the PRL. From my understanding, all I need to do is load the PRL, and program the MIN and MDN to get basic voice service. I know how to program that much.
However, I'd like to go ahead and get SMS and hopefully even MMS working as well, since they're unlimited on Jump. I just don't know how to edit those settings for the phone, and I'm having trouble finding anywhere that mentions how to do it. The program I have to load the PRL doesn't seem to have a SMS service center nuraber that I can change or an area to edit MMS settings. Is there special LG software required for that, or is this something that can be done on the phone? Is it even possible to change on this model?
