So yesterday I inserted the disk that came with my phone, LG Cookie kp500, into my laptop. I installed it and everything. But now that I want to open it, I double-click it and it won't run?! I've looked up so many solutions on the internet but nothing has helped me. any suggestions? Also, I have a memory card of 2gb and the usb cord..if that helps.
