hey so i got my lg neon from costco in late sept./ early oct and today the screen half popped off my phone. Like its still connected but only by this weird string thing for sliding it. It still works like i can text and call people, but the two sliding halves are only connected by the string. does anyone know how to fix this? any advice for returning it? on at&t's site it says that there is a one year warrenty, would this be covered? and how do i save like my pics and contacts onto my sim card?
