lg lx370- how to install java games/apps? (plz look at)?

how do i put java games/apps (.jar) on this without using wap? ive tried putting these files on the phone through usb but the phone doesnt want to recognise them (it seems them though in memory card manager) also, some java games are smaller then my phone's screen how do i resize them?
.jad files dont work either...
