L Laura New member Mar 18, 2010 #1 I just got an LG Neon phone and when I try to send a message and hit the 'a' key, a 'q' shows up on the screen. This also happens with the 'w' key, a 'z' shows up on the screen. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks!
