LG ENV3 bluetooth problem?

i was using bluetooth on my mac and env3 to send music files to my music. i had about 20 songs on it. Today i did it again and it kept on saying "The last operation failed. internal error" i then did what it said on system prefrences and deleted the device then reconnected again. same thing happend. It now says i have no music files
