I have had my EnV touch for some time now and this problem just started occurring recently. It seems to occur after charging overnight or possibly just being off over night. When I turn the phone back on, the original settings are restored instead of my settings. Both wall papers are back to original, the display theme is different, and the most irritating and longest fix, my shortcut menu is back to the original list. I'm NOT talking about when the EnV touch randomly turns off, which is sometimes a problem with these phones, but rather when it resets itself usually after charging.
