lg env touch picture sending problem?

hey i have the lg env touch and i wanted to send a pic to my friend because she has not seen me in a long time but when i send the pic it says send but when i ask them if they got it they said they didnt. when i checked the message info to the pic message it says delivery incomplete.
can anyone help me with this problem
