LG DARE browser won't start need help please

what's the message? try upgrading your firmware, should reload some files that are dependent, if that still does not work. perform an SCR download (search for files).
 
I had the same problem when fixing a "service required" dare, esn was wiped, so I used a template that tonycortes created, wrote the esn, and all was good to go..at least I thought, but none of the apps worked. I downloaded a firmware upgrade and it did the trick.
 
Yeah I never found it, that was a great find. I honestly though all those phones were fried :( man all the ones i got rid of or sold for parts lol until i saw your tutorial.
