lg chocolate wont send texts?

I flashed this phone to cricket and occasionally it will send texts but most of the time it will just say send failed. whats wrong with it?
it was flashed to cricket and most of the time it says send failed.

it says

Priority: Normal
Status: Delivery Failed
Error: Temporary
Cause: Unexpctd.P
