I made the switch from Sprint to Verizon 2 years and I have no complaints with Verizon, and will never go back to Sprint. I'm looking for a new phone and have it narrowed down to these four, but I'm open to other suggestions, including carriers.
Primarily looking for a great phone with great reception. camera/mp3 a plus but not neccessary. I've always liked LGs but I've heard several good things about Blackberry and Sony. I've never owned a PDA/Smartphone as the size has never appealed to me (although they've come down considerably, especially compared to my VX8000). Text messaging definitely, possibly would use email provided it's fast and simple to use, web browsing probably not unless it has a decent browser.
Another big plus would be if it does have a camera, ease of use uploading/downloading to a PC w/o carrier software. I purchased a cable and downloaded some 3rd party software so I could download pics from my VX8000, but that only worked for a couple months. The PC had trouble recognizing the phone most of the time via USB.
Currently leaning towards the chocolate for looks, size and functionality. I like blackberry but it's width is the only thing that concerns me. Also no sound/camera. The SE w810 also sounds great but it's Cingular, whom I have no experience with and would entail switching carriers. 950 I'm not even sure if that's out now.
I'm located in Milwaukee. Thanks in advance
