Yeah, I own the Env2, and when I open the keyboard, I notice the only way to press the # button is to do Symbol, 3. However, for certain things, such as the LG service menu, which can only be accessed through keyboard (open phone) format, one of the options requires me to press #. However, I cant, because whenever I press symbol 3, it just takes me to the third option. Help?
