Okay, so I'm trying to text my friend, who doesn't have a phone, but he has a texting app on his iPod Touch. Every time I go to send a text to him, it fails three times and then it says that the message wasn't delivered due to network problems. I can receive texts from him, but I can't send anything. I can text anyone else, too. I've tried his other email, but it doesn't work. It's only been happening today and yesterday, and only at night. I don't understand what's going on. Is it my phone? Is it possible for me to reset it or something?
