Several questions:
Q1: What is canister o-ring. The mechanic told me that I have to change it. Is this a fuel filter for ES 300?

Q2: Where can I find lexus junk yards?
 
1- It is not fuel filter,it is the seal for the solenoid on the evaporative canister
