Lexus only exists in the USA. Much like Infiniti-Nissan or Acura-Honda, the cars exist in other parts of the world at the same price, they are just badged as Toyota.
As far as being crap, Toyota and Honda have made the most reliable vehicles on the road for about 20 yrs now. Their engines create more power using less compression than American auto makers, and the vehicles generally have more durable engine parts.
All of my personal vehicles are GM, because my big hands and standard tools can't fix the imports!
