Lexus IS 250 AWD tire blow out question?

My friend has a Lexus IS 250 AWD and she blew a tire. The car only has 20k miles on it. Does she need to buy all 4 new tires or can she just buy the one. I would say just buy the one tire, but I have never owned an AWD vehicle.
 
She can just buy one tire, but her other tires are probably pretty worn since it has 20K miles on it. The Lexus IS tires are high performance tires and are only supposed to last about 15K miles. May want to change all if they are the originals.

The front and rear tires are also different sizes.
