Lexus GS350 or Mercedes Benz E320 ?? ?

I was thinking about buying a 2007 model of either one of these with low miles, which one would you recommend? Which one do you think is more appealing? Which one do you think is more professional?

The Benz is a better driver's car, but the Lexus is a better value.
