Why shouldn't we follow them today? The bible doesn't say ignore them after a certain time period does it? So lets not answer this question by telling me we should just assume it. Look at this law ""'A person who curses his father or mother must be put to death; having cursed his father or his mother, his blood is on him. (Leviticus 20:9) "" Bible expects us to do this? Ok if not, then why not?
