I rolled my ankle yesterday on an easy taper run. I think I have a level one sprain, but the area on my foot that hurts is actually closer to my toes than my ankle. It hurt to push off with my toes. However, there is barely any swelling (if any) and no bruising. I have been icing it and keeping it elevated.... do you think I could run the half marathon tomorrow if I keep it easy, wrap my foot, and take some aspirin? I really wanted to run this race!!!!
