...behind you is tailgating? Let's say you pass a parking space or driveway slightly so you can back into it, but the car behind you is tailgating so close you can't back into it. Is the tailgater breaking any law?
 
Not breaking a law but being very inconsiderate. Keep your blinker on and make him go around you or back up and let you park. Crazy driver!
