why is death (abortion) considered a legitimate solution to society's problems? Why can't our "civilized" nation think of better ways to help these people that don't involve killing babies????

Hitler thought that the solution to Germany's problems was to kill the non-aryan races, How is abortion any different today? Discuss.

Well, I have to admit that when three guys raped me, and some self-righteous christian pharmacy tech on a power trip refused to give me a morning-after pill, and a doctor told me I had an 8% chance of birthing the vile products of rape and living, I really didn't give a $hit who might think it was wrong for me to have an abortion.

I honestly don't think anyone considers abortion a legitimate solution to society's problems. But it is none of my (or anyone else's) business what women do with their bodies.

They call the killing "choice" because it is a euphemism, a polite way to disguise the manslaughter they favor against human children who are unwanted.

Death is on the table for the people of this world because they do not see themselves under any moral law more demanding than their personal preferences. Accordingly, they reject the notion of a right to life that is an endowment of the Creator. For them, the right to life is alienable, something that imposes no obligation on a nation or on an individual.

The social Darwinism of the people of the 21st century is really no different from Hitler's social Darwinism of the 20th century. Both imagine humans to be merely a species of animals that accidentally rose to the top of the food chain, not creatures made in the image of God. Given this premise, killing off "unwanted" children is simply expedient.

Seriously? I don't just take a matter of life and death into consideration. I actually think of the mental and physical health of a child, who could be raised in a broken home of a teenage mother, drug addict, thrown into a foster home, orphanage, having to know that their parents didn't want them, being mentally or physically abused. So many people just have kids when they're not ready, and they don't realize how much it affects that one child. By no means am I saying that it's alright for women to go out, have unprotected sex, and as many abortions as they want.
I'm saying that abortions can literally spare a life that would have otherwise been tortured or wasted.
So many babies are born into families of single mothers who can't financially support the child, can't mentally or physically be ready to have a child, can't finish their education, or are a result of sexual abuse.

Why don't anti-abortionists go protest war if they're so "pro-life"?

Two things:

1. According to the Bible causing a miscarriage is not murder because the penalty is only a monetary fine, but killing the pregnant woman is murder because the penalty is then death.

2. If you force a woman with an ectopic pregnancy to die because she cannot have it removed then you are murdering the pregnant woman. Doesn't her life count?

And if men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she has a miscarriage, yet there is no furhter injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman's husband may demand of him; and he shall pay as the judges decide. But if there is any furhter injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.
