Did anyone see this film? it was a small film and years old but just thought as it started Chris Eccleston (Dr Who) some people may of got it out on Video or something.

It was based on a true life story and set in my area.. croydon!

its a really good film, anyone see it?

Yeah, I saw it year's ago. The title relates to the statement shouted by Eccleston's character (Derrick Bentley) to his mate who was pointing a gun at a policeman.

The question always remained, did he yell it as an aggresive instruction (to shoot) or did he nervously ask his mate to hand over the gun?

Nevertheless, a good film.

Yup, I saw this film when it was first released. I wanted to see it as I grew up being told the story of Derrick Bentley by my mum because it changed her mind about the death penalty.

It was the first time I had seen CE, and he does look very young in it, so it's definitely a very early performance. It was one of those performances that make me sit up and take notice, and remember the actor so that I make sure I see him again because I was so impressed.

CE has been impressing me ever since.:)

He was in The Second Coming, which is probably his best work so far. He's only getting recognition now really, because he's done the slathering fanboy favourite.

I've been overdosing on all his work lately. He's brilliant in everything including the Revengers Tragedy with Eddie Izzard. He has a huge range. he's especially good in Hearts and MinRAB, Flesh and Blood, Hillsborough and sex on legs as Norfolk in Elizabeth. A very under rated actor. Wooden Clive Owen gets the juicy parts when Chris could act him off the screen.
