...car has the right of way? Why do bicyclists still make retarded decisions about crossing the road. They know that my Jeep Cherokee wins every **** time, but yet they keep cutting across the intersections like they are motorists. But I just thank God that... the forensics couldn't match the paint on his face to my bumper.

I have no problem with cyclists using their legal right of way, even though common sense says NEVER assume!

What does tick me off royally is the cyclist who ignore traffic laws. I pass a busy 3 way intersection every morning, and can't count the number of times I've seen cyclists barely slow as they enter the intersection against the light.

The best way to reduce the number of car-bicycle accidents would be to rigorously enforce existing traffic laws on the cyclists.

legally a biker is just another driver on the road so if they get hurt cutting you off or blowing through intersections, it' not your fault. pedestrian doesn't mean bicyclist.

The Law considers a bicycle to ALSO be a "vehicle" (just one that does not require a license) who has a right to share the road (non highway).

Bicyclists should be afforded the same courtesy that you would a motorcycle or scooter.

THEY should also be limiting their driving manners so they can reciprocate in kind.
