im doing a debate on legalizing marijuana and i have all my arguments already i just need help to write my opening and closing statement. my arguments are...
1)marijuana isn't more harmful than alcohol or tobacco
2) there are medical benefits for it
3) police would stop wasting their time looking for marjuana users and have more police help out with more serious crimes
4) it helps the economy
5) drug dealers would lose most of their business
6) legalization would mean a lower price; thus, related crimes (like theft) would be reduced
