Ive got 2 officers FALSELY claiming that I committed dangerous driving by driving over an officers pusbike aiming straight for the officer.

When what actually happened was that he waved me to stop and I kind of didnt bother, so he stood his pushbike in the path of my carm driving carefully at 30 mph, doing my best to drive round him, leavbe him plenty of room, but he stood a psuhbike in the path of my car and wheeled it along bit to make it hit my car, the bike bounced off and I continued going along carefully at 30.

The evidence I feel I have in my favour is firstly, if I really had done as the officers falsely claimed, then without doubt, the pedals or handlebars would have caught beneath my car and I would have been stuck right where the officer wanted me and he would have probaly nicked me for damaging his bike there and then on the spot and I would have got out the cells next day and had to call a mechanic with a trolleyjack to remove the cycle from underneath my car.

So in the corwn court, he would have to answer how I managed to get by when it is at the very least scientifically very difficult to acheive ( I mean getting over his pushbike wtihot it immobilsing my vehicle.

We will go to the corwn court so theres a jury, not the magistrates

Then I have as witnesses to back me up, a friend who was travelling in the car and unknown to the police, a young guy of 22 who works in the off licence up the road was on the pavement having a quick ciggy and saw the whole thing and although NOT a personal friend, to him Im just a regular customer in his offy, along with many others, but he has agreed to come to court and just stick to the facts, ie yes he failed to stop when he should have done, the officers bike was mangled and unirdeable through hittng my car and bouncing off, but he will confirm, I was NOT driving dangersoulsy and moist certainly not doing anything like what the officers claimed and he will confirm, thjat the officer did put the bike in front of me and wasnt me going for him.

The officers even says himself in his statement that he stood the bike to be in front of my car, but FLASELY CLAIMS i rode straight over it and caused him to ahve to jump out the way.

Yes he did have to jump out the way, but only becuase he put the bike where he did and it bounced at him.

Also the officers didnt have any photos of the bike, FALSELY CLAIMING, that they took it to the repair shop and when they went to pick it up, they had disposed of it, as irrepairable, when the normal sequence of events would be to take a pic of the bike, then get it repaired. So they ll have a job explaing that too I think.

All in all what do you think my chances of getting found not guilty and any reasons and good advice/ helpful ideas or answers to sorting this out warmly appreciated. Also am better of dealing with this fit up charge, or just hot footing out the country
