Legal right to a car?

My fiancee and I have a car together. I am the primary on the loan with her as the co signer. But she is primary on the title with me secondary. Who has legal right to the car if we should ever break up?
 
You both own the car just as both of you would have to pay the loan. If she would default on the loan, you would have to pay it all by yourself. This is why it isn't smart to buy something with someone you aren't married to. As for can she take the car and leave you high and dry??? You'll have to ask a car dealer or the BMV or a lawyer.
Even if she would take the car, you are still on the loan and obligated to pay it off.
