Ok so here's the story ... first off i have two charges on my record 1 stealing candy and destruction of property when i was 13-14
Now I am 17 and got caught for stealing a dress about a month ago
Im still waiting for the prosecuters to make a decision
Last night I was out and not really all that drunk but still got an MIP
blew .075 illegal because im not 21 but come on I wasn't drunk he could of let me go!!! Anyways I live in Idaho Im scared im going to get ****** .. Please tell me what you think could happen, fines, advice on defending myself so on.....
