Ok long story short. We live in a downtown area. Neighbor kids came over and brought there bb guns. One was a multipump and the other a single pump. They kept firing. Me being stupid said let me have a shot. Fired to shots. The Neighbor came over got rather personal. Neighbor kid takes off. Cops show up. I told them I fired two shots. The cop said he had to give me criminal mischief. Didnt take me to jail or anything like that. My record WAS Clean lol. What am I looking at here? Fine if so how much ya think. Dumb moment. just Boys and a BB Gun turned me into a teenager again. The sad part is on my court order he pretty much got it wrong no vidible body marks. i have tatoos down my arms. He also had my clothing wrong said Black Shirt and Shorts. I had a red shirt on. They didnt even question the kids. Btw I live in ohio. Ty for your time/
