I was billed by the water company after they realised they had not sent me a bill for myproperty, this turned out to be because t was 2 adressed 1 water supply which I did not know about. The water company said they would fix me up a payment scheme but didnt, instead they said they wanted to take me to court. I filled in a form saying I wanted to dispute the whole amount as they did not do what they said they would do, and now I have recieved something called a allocation questionnaire (small claims track).. I am getting really stressed over this and I am scared because I dont want to go to court I would rather say i dontwant to dispute it - a I want to do is pay by instalment because I have a low income, will they force me to ttend? Im seeing a solicitor tomorrow but Id like someadvice now please from someone who knows because I suffer anxiety and Im getting ill oer all this.
