Legal age to work in Ohio and jobs.?

Hello.
I just turned 14 about 2.5 weeks ago. I think I'm ready for a job. For sure it would have to be part-time. Am I legally age able to work and what do I have to do other than filling out an application? I'm thinking about trying to work at Kroger, Big Lots, Dollar Stores, or any other job that I could make at least $65 per month. My parents have agreed to say that I'm ready to work because my brother is 18 and hes having a hard time to find a job. Is it easier when your younger too or no?
 
Try the boys and girld club, my sister worked there at 14. Or, you can find some under the table jobs.

Worst comes to worst, just sell some lemonade on the side of the road :)
