Today after soccer practise I was getting into the van and WHAM! a giant leg spasm hits me. its in my right leg, in the bottom at the back. it was about a minute long and hurt immensly. it still hurts.
I have a game tomorrow I really dont want to miss. any tips on what to do to ease / relieve the pain?? Thank you so much!!!!!
I'm only almost 14 - I've had minor leg spasms before but mainly short ones and they are rare.
