doctor is going to do Lurabar Lami at L-3,4,5 to decompress the nerves.
He also says I most likely will need a fusion at some point, perhaps during my lami surgeyr. L4-5 has previous surgery left discectomy 5 yrs ago.
My leg pain is bad, burns, aches, sharp shooting sometimes, nurabness, weakness. Told that after this surgery pain will get worse before it gets before--that's if it does get better. I am so frustrated, the epidurals don't work any more, physical therapy helps only temporary, it has become painful most days to sit to long, when I wake in the morning my leg pain is at it's worse. Who has had this type surgery before with some relief. I go under in about 2 weeks. Sometimes I wish it was tomorrow.
