ok so i was in foster care till i graduated for high school so i receive free collage anyway...i applied for financial aid and was qualified to receive the Maximum...i think...anyway i got it to cover my books however i only need to by 2 witch are a hundred a piece or so....so my ? is will i get the extra money at my school (hill collage) they have like dept cards that we hold on to and the money goes on there i think but will happen to the money i don't use?? can i use it for my living expenses?
