as the title says I financed a car I was late on my payment and the manager of the bank told me they were gonna come take it away in the morning I told them go ahead. I parked the car in a parking lot a mile from the train station which happens to be a bad area. anyways this happened a year and 2 months ago. I am now getting calls from a private investigator that I have been cooperating with as is the fact that the car is missing and no one can find it.They went called all towing yards none have the car the registration just ran out in july 09 and I still have the keys on me but no car. I dont know what to do or even whats gonna happen? anyone have any ideas? I dropped the insurance on the car after I had gotten off the train when I moved.
