Ok, before everyone yells for me to go to the ER immediately, don't worry, I already have. They couldn't find anything wrong. I also went to a neurologist who couldn't find anything wrong either, but obviously there IS something going on. Basically a few weeks ago I was having some tingling in both of my hands, kind of hard to explain, but it was just very light tingling. I also had tingling around my mouth and tongue. Honestly, I thought I was having a stroke so I went to the ER right away, but they couldn't figure it out. It eventually went away by itself, but now my left arm feels like it has bad circulation or something. I wouldnt necessary say its actually numb numb, but it feels like when you go get your blood pressure taken almost - like when the band first starts to tighten and you feel like your arm is on the verge of going numb. It doesn't hurt, it just feels weird and uncomfortable and it lasts for hours or sometimes days! Then randomly it'll just stop. I had blood tests, heart monitors and a CT scan done and everything was normal. Has anyone else had any experience with anything like this before?
I have an appointment with a different doctor in a week, but i'm kind of anxious to figure out whats going on. I'm only 24 years old, so it seems like a lot of the doctors have been just writing it off as nothing because I'm young, which is very frustrating. Maybe its a blood clot or something? I don't want it to be ignored because of my age and then later down the road it turns out to be something serious that I could have prevented or treated earlier. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!
