i have been on the "combi 15 offer (24 month) plan" that costs £20 a month and iv been using it for around 3-4 months now and since iv been on it everything has gone wrong.
the first months bill overcharged me too £50 instead of £20 because of "starter fees".
the next month was charged normally.
the next month was charged for £48 and i rang up t-mobile and they addmitted they had charged me for doing nothing outside of my contracts allowances so accepted it and reduced my bill back down too £20 for that bill date and addmited they were wrong.
the next bill date is this month and not only did it take about 12 hours for my updated allowances too come through normally it says "you have 300 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited blackberry email" this month it only says "you have unlimited texts" meaning that t-mobile have now reduced my contract down too just unlimited texts and not what i signed up for :S
if i rang t-mobile up and complained about all of these things.. surely they would have to let me leave?
