My buddy who was recently foreclosed had me helping him move some remaining junk out of his old house. Its been like 2-3 months since he moved out of the foreclosed home. I walked in there, and I felt like one of my lungs collapsed, there was garbage left over and a water leak from where the dishwasher was huge in the kitchen and had mold on it. Everything reeked of mold. I told him that crap needs to get cleaned up before somebody dies from a respiratory disease (no joke).
