Leather Tour Pak - opinions?

I have the leather one for my FLHRS to match mt leather bags. It works very well and items stay dry in driving rain. I have the HD liner. I used to have a rack on top but removed it when I got a trailer. Only disadvantage I see is no way to really lock it. It is of course detachable. My wife and I lived two weeks with it and bags on a trip thru 5 northern states. We planned for a couple of rooms with laundry facilities.
I got the one off my 09 RKC, will sell total pkg with the lock set and top mount to fit on the larger QD mounts.
