What do people on here do when you run into someone who does not abide by thy leash law??? Im a trainer and like to do alot of work out in the public....I know I have to expect this dealing with the public, but why do people think that the "rules dont apply to them" My dogs are usually great but if a dog comes charging up, no leash and the owner is just belligerent and rude when I ask politely to please contain their animal. What do you do in that situation? I usually just walk my dogs in the other direction and they usually ignore but there is always a risk of an encounter.......I would love some suggestions.
