lease agreements for businesses?

I work for a company who has not paid there rent for two months nor paid our cleaning bill since Dec 2009. We are getting letters from the lease company that says we have ten days to comply. We have notified our boss several times but clearly nothing has been done. Can they come lock the doors on us and shut our office?
 
the 10-day letter may already be a legal eviction in some states. If your company does not comply, then the leasing agent would probably have to file a small claims eviction and then yes, after a short hearing the doors can be locked and business shut down, unless your company is successful in fighting the eviction.
