I am thinking of applying in a university in toronto but i am not familiar with any area or zone in toronto at all? could you please help me or advice me what are the best area (upper town) , middle town, and poor area of Toronto?
which is better to rent an apartment to be safe and closer to the shops, transportation, and universities?
i live in vancouver downtown, and everything/place is so handy and easy to reach here! its just so expensive! that's why i would like to move to somewhere with almost the same structure!
